Procedure to get Duplicate Marks Memo (In case if they are lost or any other reason)
1. Fee of Rs.200/- per mark list is to be paid by DD drawn infavour of Registrar, JNTU, Hyderabad, payable at Hyderabad.
2. Student has to submit an application addressing to the Controller of Examinations, JNTU, Kukatpally, Hyderabad with a request to issue a duplicate marks memo.
3. Once forwarded by the Principal, the student can approach the University for getting the duplicate memo.
4. The student shall keep a copy of the application for future reference.

If u have completed B.Tech & if u had lost the certificate due to any reasons then follow the below process
Fill the TRANSCIPT APPLICATION which is available from the below link & submit in JNTUH to get the original certificate
